Nestle Pakistan has increased the price of EveryDay tea whitener by Rs20 on a one-kilogram pack and by Rs10 on a 400-gram pack ahead of Ramazan.
Waqar Ahmad, head of corporate affairs at Nestle Pakistan, said the company has a range of sizes in EveryDay, but the prices have been raised for only a few sizes. He said prices have been increased after a long period.
Nestle Pakistan’s earnings stood at Rs4.1 billion in the first quarter of this year while its revenue was Rs30.42bn.
In 2016, the company’s revenue rose nine per cent year-on-year to Rs112 billion. Its export sales stood at Rs4.9bn during the year.
