The Company was incorporated during October 2007 in the name of Ghani Tableware (Pvt) Limited. During July 2008 the company was converted into public company. During January 2009, name of the company was changed to Ghani Global Glass Limited.
GHANI GLOBAL GLASS LIMITED (GGGL) is listed at Karachi and Lahore stock exchanges w.e.f. May 27, 2015. Security Code/ Symbol is “GGGL”.
The company has been setting up a Brand New State-of-the-Art fully automated glass tubing manufacturing plant, f world’s top ranking European Brand. The installed capacity of the plant to produce international standard Glass Tubing up to 24 tons / per day.
Plant and machinery have been imported from world’s renowned manufacturers of glass manufacturing machinery from Italy, Japan, Germany, UK and China.
After completing the Trial Run Production, GGGL is expected to starts its Commercial Production within next FEW Days.

Sponsoring Directors have vast experience of Glass Manufacturing spanning decades of years of operating Ghani Glass Ltd.
The Company established a most modern Glass Container manufacturing Plant.
This was the first Glass plant of Pakistan set up as per GMP requirement of Pharmaceutical Industry. The project commissioned in District Haripur.
This was the first Glass plant of Pakistan set up as per GMP requirement of Pharmaceutical Industry. The project commissioned in District Haripur.af’fa (Pvt) Limited and later on, it was merged into Ghani Glass Ltd.
Now Ghani Glass is the Largest Glass Manufacturing facility with several furnaces with annual installed capacity of 444,375 tons.
Glass manufacturing is the flagship of this group.
