Millers have reduced the flour price by Rs40 on a 50-kilogram bag and by Rs80 on a 100kg bag after cut in the official wheat price.
The Sindh Food Department has decreased its price by Rs25 per 100kg after negotiations with the Pakistan Flour Mills Association (South Zone), said a press release issued on Wednesday.
The price of a 50kg flour bag is now fixed at Rs1,910, followed by maida (super fine flour) and fine flour rates of Rs1,985 each, while the new price of a 10kg flour bag is Rs387.
